Our approach

Legal certainty for
those who manage the condominium

The building manager is responsible for the condominium's administration and makes decisions that affect the property and coexistence of many people. Our condominium practice provides ongoing support so that these decisions are made on a legal basis and properly recorded.

We update bylaws and internal rules, guide owners' meetings and collect overdue fees, giving priority to negotiated solutions and, when necessary, judicial enforcement.

Updated documents

Bylaws and internal rules reviewed to reflect the condominium's reality and changes in legislation.

Valid meetings

Notices, quorums and minutes checked to reduce the risk of resolutions being annulled.

Efficient collection

A collection routine with defined steps, from amicable contact to judicial enforcement.
